Senior Pony
Recommended for 7 & 8 year olds. Kid pitching is introduced at this level together with the use of spring-loaded pitching machines. Teams may field up to 10 players in the field. Baserunners learn to take an extra base and stealing of 3rd base is allowed. The field size is 42-60. No standings are kept. There is usually one practice/game on a random weeknight and one on Saturday. There is a year-end tournament.
What do I need?
In the Senior Pony division, the player needs:
- a bat (team bats are available).
- NOTE: only USA baseball stamped bats or wood bats are allowed. No travel bats.

- a batting helmet (team helmets are available)
- cleats (rubber only)
- baseball pants (any color & style)
The league will provide the uniform shirt & hat.
